SCULPT & STRENGTH
45-min LOW IMPACT STRENGTH CLASS THAT TARGETS ALL THE MAJOR MUSCLE GROUPS. ROUTINES WILL INCLUDE WEIGHTS, RESISTANCE BANDS, AND MORE.

I am the founder and primary instructor of Lo Movement. My journey in fitness has evolved over many years and i am so excited that it has led me to create a boutique-style, fun fitness community that you can enjoy solo or with your besties!
I have practiced yoga for 25+ years and I am a certified yoga and group exercise fitness instructor. I began teaching almost 10 years ago and have taught in multiple cities across the united states.
lo movement is a semi-private fitness studio that offers one-of-a-kind power yoga classes, pilates inspired strength and sculpt classes, in addition to more traditional ashtanga yoga classes.
